Easy to read indicators on the app dashboard show you whether you have reached the goal of healthy blood pressure, whether you are adhering to the measurement frequency plan and whether your blood pressure is trending closer to healthy blood pressure or moving away from the goal.
While not required, BProactive allows you to share your information with your healthcare provider(s). If your provider or clinic has signed up for the BProactive service, they can invite you to connect and share your information. This allows your provider to monitor your progress between visits and to manage your treatment plan, using the BProactive Clinician Portal.
